ViewPoint is an online tool that allows students to post questions to our global NewsMaker community and the audio responses they get from other students can then be included as part of their NewsMaker production. Think of ViewPoint as a tool that students can use to interview students from other parts of the world! This free service will be available in December after it is officially "unveiled" at the 27th Annual LACUE Conference in New Orleans, LA, during the NewsMaker Concurrent Session.

During the pilot trial of ViewPoint, students from Yu Neng Primary School in Singapore interviewed students from Monroe City Schools in Louisiana about their famous Cajun food, and each of the Singapore students then produced a NewsMaker video about a particular type of Cajun food.
